Dream17 says...
Parachute Joust is a simple concept - push two guys out of a plane, provide only one parachute, and have the pair wrestle in freefall for possession of the parachute.

The game is so much fun to play. Players control the characters as they plummit to the ground, with movement limited to slow ups, downs, lefts and rights. The parachute is usually held by one player, who can steal it by making his hand come into contact with that of his opponent. The winner, of course, is the one who holds the parachute when the time runs out (namely, when the distance meter reaches 0).

A fantastic game, and a brilliant way to pass the time with a friend.
